court part 2

BF went to court this past week with his lawyer in tow. BM's lawyer is a real piece of work. He told me I was on crack when I asked a reasonable question. Anywho, neither party could come to a temporary agreement so now each lawyer has to submit a proposal by Wed of this coming week and the judge will decide temporary parenting time and support. BM wants way too much money but it is what the calculator says. She won't compromise on anything. BF wants 50/50 and BM wants sole physical and legal custody. In our state, joint legal is always the way to go via the court unless there are extenuateing circumstances which there are not. So I think BM is making herself look bad in the eyes of the court by asking for sole legal custody. I think she is planning to run if she gets it which I do not think she will. If BM gets the support she feels she is entitled to BF will have less that $200 a month to live on once he pays his bills. He might as well move into his parents basement if that happens. With our state's new calculator if BF paid me CS for our daughter and paid BM support for baby he would not be able to afford his own bills. How is that fair or just? Where is he suppose to live if he cannot pay his own way?

and they told him, "go get a second job, we don't care" of course if he did he would have no time to see his kids, and they would take CS out of that too, so what's the use!"~waiting on the world to change~"
