Bm filed for mediation and court date to get full custody dates set 2 months from now..Can we file for an emergency date sooner?

the court date is not for another 2 months and bm is already in full swing turn ss against daddy! i called to set up counseling to try and get info. Since bm and dh have 50/50 legal custody we have to have a letter from her saying its ok in order to take him, we are afraid of what kind of emotional mental state my ss will be in by the time the court date comes....has any one herd of filing an emergency court date to speed up the process?

How do you document PAS for court?

bm is going to court for full custody, and cs...of course! anyways, among all of her hearsay superficial nonsense she wrote in her statement, she is now brainwashing and PASing the hell out of my step son. On Wednesday ss did not even want to go to his moms, but said he wanted to stay with us for a looooooooooooong time. But today when dh talked to ss he asked to stay with his mom tonight, on our night, when dh said no he got very emotional and threw a fit. bm very fakely tried to tell ss he should see his dad...

it finally happened...bm served dh with papers today

my dh was just delivered the papers and deposition that bm is taking him to court for full custody, as well as the right of refusal if dh will be away from ss longer than 2 hours. She states that ss says im a monster and im always yelling at dh and ss, i drink alot, and that im mean to him and he is afraid of me. There are many things in there that are lies of stories that she was not present for but got the wrong story from my mother in law. She says that dh calls her names in front of ss etc............ugh, here we go! oh yay!!

any of you have encouraging words?

so earlier in the week i got a friend request(on facebook) from a person i didnt know, so i wrote her, do i know you? no response, so i randomly check bm's myspace and she has un blocked it. Mainly because she is so desperate to get my dh to fight with her, and she knows that he doesnt like her having photos of ss for everyone to see. BUT i see the same photo for the friend request for a profile with a comment on bm's myspace. oh, hahahahha, now i see, bm is so pathetic she feels the need to have her friends stalk me on facebook.

Im currently trying to figure out costumes for dh and I. Last night after i drove an hour in traffic to get home, went grocery shopping, made dinner, cleaned the kitchen, and finished up some work I brought home with me, DH knew I was in a pissy mood, so i brought up costumes, his response was "just tell me what I am going to be and get me the costume"

because she is always broadcasting her life on her status updates...so i do investigating from time to time. Today it reads:

"Bm hates dumb bitches"

i dont think this is in reference to me, im sure she had drama with other people since every friend i have ever met of hers thinks she is a manipulative beeoch, but i couldnt help myself....I changed my status update to read:

"hahahahahaha, do you want to be the pot or the kettle"

i guess i could have said this too, "those that live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones"

Upset over un-loyal in laws! how do I deal with this?

today my husbands cousin accepted my friend request on myspace. Of course as i had expected...BM is a top friend. I seriously want to write off his entire family for being so Fuking stupid. You would think that it would get easier, but NO, still i get so hurt that his family does this. This cousin was the same one that was saying, "we all really need to do whats best for ss, and all be cordial to each other" to which i replied, uh, why dont you tell her that? so you want dh and i to support her and be nice to her even when she is harrasing us and taking him on our days? wtf?

If dh and i are supporting bm, shouldnt we get a vote in the clothes she buys with our money?

i was just thinking...now that dh and i know bm is keeping our money rather than paying for child care (the govt is picking that up for her) and the money isnt going to ss, she is buying red bull, ciggeretts, and what ever else she needs...clothes.
