I can already tell you what is going to happen. BM is not going to drop them off at 6:30 like she is supposed to. She has continued all week to be irrational and I do not see her suddenly snapping back into reality in 36 hours.

The kids were informed they were not allowed to call their dad. Would get grounded if they did call. Fss apparently decided that was unreasonable and called his dad. Yes, BM grounded him, despite SO reminding her that their CO states they are each allowed reasonable access by phone to the kids. Fss complained at his school which resulted in another phone call from the school to SO and another letter from a school for his attorney that states per the child he is not allowed to contact his father and was grounded for attempting to do so. Both schools now realise there is a problem going on, so on Wednesday when BM attempted to have SO removed from the kids emergency contact cards and told the schools they were not allowed to talk to him we received more letters from them, which also indicate that BM became irate and uttered obscinities to the school staff when told that the schools had to go by the CO, which they have a copy of, end result SO was not removed.

SO is trying to arrange for HCSO to be at his house for 6:30 tomorrow evening, he wants proof that he was home and she failed to drop the kids off. Apparently he can see her lying in court stating she attempted to and he was not home for her to be able to drop the kids off. All of the kids teachers have emailed SO, that the kids are distracted, not concentrating and obviously are in emotional distress over what their mother is doing. Those emails have been printed and handed over to the attorney as well. If she fails to drop the kids off Sunday, we have the attorneys word that at 8AM Monday morning he will be at the court house filing the contempt charges himself.

All of this because of Child Support. She screwed him for 2.5 years and got caught and has to pay resitution and has to pay CS herself now and she can't handle it. But he sucked it up for years paying CS and never once mentioned CS to the kids, acted irrationally, nor did he keep the kids from her. I shudder to think how far her behavior is going to escalate when that first income deduction hits her paycheck.
