It's been a constant battle between DH and BM since they divorced seven years ago. They are on total opposite ends of the map as to how the kids should be brought up, but that's not anything that can't be worked out. However, BM is so completely convinced that her way should be THE way and that DH is just being an asshole and control freak that the kids are in constant turmoil.

Please tell me that I'm not the only one who sees this as completely and utterly disturbing and just flat disgusting to the point of inducing vomiting?

SD12 (almost 13) allows BM's fiancee to pick her up and wrap her legs around his waist (and BM seems OK with it too). This is plain repulsive to me! :sick:

Does BM really have that little concern for respectful and decent conduct??? Eeeew!!!!

Anyone ever have to deal with this one?

Not long after my fiancee and I moved in together (about a month or two?), the kids' BM decided to give each of them framed pictures of her and her BF (fiancee now, I guess), saying "I love you and I know you miss me over there"...WTF? I know she would go completely apeshit if their dad and I were to do something that asinine! They had been divorced and living separately for six years at that point. The kids didn't have any pics of her in their rooms until that day. Where the hell does she get off? :sick:
