O/T: Serial Podcast, anyone?!?

I am obsessed with it. No one I know IRL listens (really? 5 million listeners and NO ONE I KNOW IS LISTENING?)

Posting this on the off chance that one of you are a part of that 5 million. I need to discuss this with someone before I go crazy, if I'm not already there! LOL!

Episode 11 is out today and the second this skid gets out the door to school it's going on. T minus 10 minutes y'all!

My dh is obsessed with this. He keeps bugging me to listen but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

It's a podcast that takes an entire season to look at one story in depth. This season focuses on a guy who was convicted at age 17 of killing his ex girlfriend and who has spent the last 15 years in prison proclaiming his innocence. Riveting stuff.

I'm listening. Someone else already suggested the Reddit thread, which I've found to be a bit of a black hole.

I don't know how I felt about today's episode. A bit disappointed, I had hoped for a satisfying ending. Now I wonder what that might look like. It's pretty clear to me there will be no guilty/not guilty resolution forthcoming, even if The Innocence Project has him exonerated.

I did enjoy the discussion of Adnan's letter though.

I agree that there probably won't be a satisfying ending. I loved the whole thing though. I can't wait to find out what season 2 will be.
I find Adnan fascinating whenever he speaks. I just don't know what to think of him but I'm pretty sure I'd like him in real life, which makes it hard to stay objective.

Yes, I agree. He seems like a very thoughtful, introspective person. Liking him is confusing!

Definitely excited for Season 2. Are you into TAL too?
