Update on the huge piece of furniture and the stocking, all tied together.

Ok I posted about the huge pace of furniture that my dh bought and wanted to put in the house. our house is way too small for this piece. He put it behind the table and said and I quote "We can just move the table when we need it." WTF! Really????

We got into a huge fight b/c I'm on the rag and it just kept building. Plus he has several piles in the house that he is sorting and going to sell! rolling my eyes at this one as I have asked for months for them to be gone. Normally I go through and box his stuff up and take it to the shed, he got really upset by this so I left it in the house but still it keeps piling. Sad

So anyway the end result yesterday was he went to the extream like always and starting throwing all his stuff out. When he was done he went to the shed and started cleaning it out and said "this is the only place that is mine." even accused me of not letting him have the furniture or decorate the house the way he wants. Um hello if it was up to you we would have piles of crap everywhere and no style!!

So anyway while he was cleaning the shed he found the missing stocking!!!!! YAY!! I told him that is why I cleaned it and organized it a year ago but you didn't keep it up. Of course he blamed the kids. Really??? Whatever!

I forgot to say that he even took his dresser out as well. So when I say to the extreme he did the extreme.

And the huge piece of furniture went back to my parents!

Yikes. Yes, that is a tad-bit extreme. I'm sorry. But here's the bright side: the giant piece of furniture is gone and he cleaned up his mess! Smile Now you don't have to worry about moving your whole house around to make it fit AND you don't have to worry about bumping your toes, elbows or shoulders on it Biggrin

Yep, yesterday his solution to the piece was to put it behind the table and for us to move the table every time we needed to open it.

Now his piles of crap is out of the house. He has done this before and I wonder how long it will last this time. :O

Proud mine is the opposite he wants to keep everything!!! I was boxing it up and putting it front of the door for when he comes home so he has to move it to come in. LOL well that was more trouble then it was worth for the fights we would have, same with putting it in the shed. He couldn't find things he needed like his watch b/c he would leave it with the piles of crap and I would just sweep it all in the same box. I told him if he didn't leave it there it wouldn't be in that box! Now I was wondering how long it would take him to put the piles in the shed. See he would leave it all over the house like on the table and counters and everywhere he could leave it. I boxed it up and put in in the kitchen kinda out of the way and wondered how long it would take to get it out. I even asked him several times to take it out. This had been going on for all summer till yesterday. He even told me I should have nicely asked him to take it out. WTF??? I did lots of times!!
