grab a highlighter too! the book is wonderful, not for fixing, but simply for validation. if you mark certain parts that hit home, it's easier to re-read them when u have a needy moment

I and my FDH read it. It helps, and she is right validates so much of what you are living with and going through. Enjoy. It is an excellent read with a glass of wine
