sorry I haven't been writing/reading for awhile.
BM didn't get her family study paper work - so everything is dropped for now. it still cost my husband about $1200 in attorney fees. it is back to 50/50 placement, but at least SD has been put in her place and her game playing did not work this time!
the tables are turning in our world, BM wants to have a sit-down to talk about SD's behavior/attitude. funny thing is we had one of these per our request a few weeks ago and BM laughed about SD spitting on BD and said everything is fine in her home! i can't help to think I am loving this now.

bm accuses sd of stealing her cigs, but....
funny thing is we just had a dr. appt for SD and they said;
The dr. said second-hand smoke is irritating the passages of sd's sinus and then causing a build-up of fluid of the inner ear, which is causing the inner ear pain.
The dr. was very adamant that sd’s problems of the inner ear are caused by second-hand smoke (discussion of reasons for sd's diagnosis lasted approx. 45 min). The dr. gave sd a nasal spray to open up sd's sinus and clear up the fluid in the inner ear. Also, while in the appt. sd brought up the topic of sd's breathing trouble when sd is exposed to second-hand smoke and during exercise. The dr. gave sd two inhalers for the breathing problems, advair for morning and night for one month and albuteral to take before exercise. Doc says that the advair should reduce the need for albuteral.
Just so bm know, sd is downplaying the second-hand smoke theory even though the dr. spent the majority of the appt. discussing this in detail of how second-hand smoke causes these problems. I think sd downplays it because sd loves bm very much and doesn’t want bm to be upset about it.

Well that doesn't have anything to do with you does it? I mean if BM is going to smoke she needs to secure her cigarettes and only do it outside/away from SD. If you guys smoke, the same thing, right?
I was thinking they had some kind of dispute or maybe she will say she cannot/will not control her smoking/cigarettes? Please keep us posted, who know what they come up with LOL
