Need Advice Dh recently got custody order granted
Dh recently got custody order granted we will have kids weeknights and Bm will have them on weekends all but one weekend a month. we will be startying schedule today we have no idea if she knows about recent court order we got this weekend she has not said a word to Dh. she filed a responce to his motion we believe the day after the judge granted the order court date stamp looks like it was runing out of ink and date written by her is another. do any of you know if we should respond to her responce or just wait and see or should i call and see what the real date for responce is by calling court if we can even do that. date written by bm, and date mailed is also off by 6 days and Bm didnt fill out paperwork correctly.
Any of you that have gotten a custody change any tips on making transition easier for the kids?

If you don't have a lawyer
If you don't have a lawyer involved, I would contact the court (ask to talk to the court clerk rather than the judge's bailiff) to see if there is a response deadline or if a response will even be entertained. Often, the court will say they have already granted their order and so forth. I would check with the court just to be sure.

the lettler Bm send Dh and
the lettler Bm send Dh and court is a letter stating she doesnt want the changes DH was requesting(which is now ordered by the court)her responce to his motion she used to be the custodial parent before this order was granted.
