well I haven't posted in awhile but last post was bout Aunt getting SD for her part of summer well H decided to let her against MY wishes so I told him he is stupid but because he was worried the judge would use it against him he felt he needed to ok so she came and picked SD up July 7th H told Aunt that he would be getting her evey other weekend from her WELL the first week he didnt call or anything then Fri night(11th) he called asked to speak with SD she put her on the phone he talked a few then handed me the phone SD proceeded to tell me all bout her week now keep in mind she has called me mommy for the past yr. so she was saying mommy I did this mommy I did that and the whole time in the back ground I heard someone telling her "THAT IS NOT YOUR MOMMY" SD told this person a few times YES SHE IS well after bout 3 mins Aunt got on phone and said I have no service and HUNG UP...Okay well H just said whatever well Mon. night he called again to speak with SD Aunt told H SD didnt want to talk and was covering her ears so on etc. he told Aunt now you see what we tell BM when she calls well Aunt proceeded to tell H I cant make her talk then hung up on him so he let it go (I WAS PISSED) well now Tues afternoon he called several time no answer nor a call back well now wednesday he calls and calls and calls everytime she hits ignore well finally he leaves message and waits bout 30 mins and calls back she answers phone (FINALLY) then tells my H he will not call everyday he said excuse me that is my daughter and I will call to check on her as I feel the need she said you just called yesterday and that if he keeps calling she will turn her phone off well he got pissed told her he was the way to get SD well he calls police department (NO HELP) we get to Aunt house noone there go figure well he calls police out to us and (WOW) they told him there is nothing they can do even though he has full custody papers in hand he is pretty much screwed that legally she could keep SD till they go back to court so what to do NOTHING like I told him on the 7th when he let her go,okay so now its Friday his time to get her for the weekend we head down there again noone there so he call police back cause in his papers it states either party cannot withhold child hide or anything like that well he calls police again and says it is my schedule visit and shes not here they tell him to go to courthouse so we do he puts in for a motion for emem. pick they take it up to judge GUESS WHAT Judge says that is not a eme. and that the Aunt probally took her to BM in Ga for H to come back Monday moring and file contempt charges...Okay with all that this shows how concerned Fl is about the wellfare of children my H has had custody since Nov. 06 noone not even the BM has been there UNTIL I got in pic. what kinda BS is this I'M BEYOND PISSED NOW WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM DO WE HAVE IN FL...sry so long need to vent it has been awhile
