Should be a simple exchange right? Not if she has anything to say about it!

It should be simple right? Routine by now? Nope. I kmow I'm repeating myself, but hey, so seems the situation. Last Tuesday she refused to drop off ss8 and his med bag (like she's supposed to) before school. Why? Because I was here. DH schedule has changed so he's gone by 6:45am. What does it matter? Drop off the kid and hand over the bag, no diolage required! No, no no, "she's there and I'm not going to talk to her." Click. No med bag, no kid. This bag also had his glasses in it which if he doesn't use, he gets horrible headaches. So he was without glasses during school and came home crying from his head. She picks him up last Saturday and at the mere mention of trying to work an alternate plan to coddle her prissy ass, she starts yelling at me, as usual. How long am I expected to keep my cool? How long before it's justified for me to freak the eef right back on her? If it wasn't for her stupidity he wouldn't even need the freaking meds! A bag full of medicine he requires for his second hand smoke induced asthma. I don't know about everyone else, but I think it's common knowledge not to smoke while pregnant, smoke in the house with your children, smoke in your car with your children or have several people smoking while your child plays outside in the cloud of smoke. EXPECIALLY when your child has a smoke related condition. She smoked downstairs in the hospital when she was in labor for craps sake! Did I mention the second hand smoke induced asthma? Completely avaiodable, completley within her power to aviod exposure and triggers. He continues to come home reaking of smoke. He's on Singulair, Advair, ProAir and Flowvent...since he was three!! These are pretty heavy meds for an ailment he is able to grow out of with excercise to strenghthen his lungs (yea sports), and zero exposure to smoke.

It seems so silly once I see it in words. As always, I feel the need to say, there is so much more to this one situation but the words seem so harsh and vile once I type them. Believe me...lol...I spend a lot of time deleating my original blog and rewording it to make it non offensive to everyone. Help! Anyone?

Bm has never, not once refilled a script, been to a med recheck, asked to be involved in Dr, dentist ortho or optical appointments. It's all me. The one time she picked up a script from the pharm, they called me to varify who she was. Five years of meds...give an idea how her ego overrides her actual involvment? Only when I try to share information regarding ss8 does she seem to give a rip...then she blows. I don't "have the right to talk" to her about her son, "Don't tell me how to be a mom". It could be as important as he fell on the playground at school or as silly as his braces were adjusted today so he may be sore later. I can't get a word out before she turns into a two year old. Correction...my kids had better manners at that age.
Had spare glasses, she lost them. Speaking calm, kind, accomodationg, compasionate, professional has never worked. We have been speaking to a lawyer. It's a slow, frustrating process. Nevermind the money! $250 per hour? Geesh!
My DH helps as much as he's able. He became a full time student after a career eliminating injury and now has hours of homework, works part time and to a fault tries to take part of the load off of me regarding her, but he can only do so much in the little time he's home. It seems hopeless

Sorry if I offend with my language, but no eefing shit! She could slow her wefare paid for car down to a slow roll and throw the freaking thing at me for all I care lol and I'd be happier than ss8 going without what he needs.
Allthough if she did throw it at me, I'd probably post what a bitch she is for doing so Smile
