Your Thoughts on this act of pure PSYCHOTICNESS...
Well DH hadn't talked to SS for going on 3 weeks as BM's phone has been disconnected.
BM "finally" called from someone's phone and asked DH if he is coming to get SS this weekend and he said yes- he would pick him up Sat @ 1p.m.[Amazing how she can use a phone when she wants to get rid of SS]
Coming to the house Sat. was like a carnival ride, another "random" guy answered the door when DH went to knock and the guy must have had children/a child himself because a 3/4 year old came out on the porch while we were waiting.
Foward to Sunday night** DH finally listens to the voicemails on his cell phone and there's one from BM from a few days ago:
BM:
SINCE YOU CALLED THE POLICE ON ME [DH did a welfare check on SS Wednesday, because he hadn't spoken to him in weeks, we live too far away to just pop in and SS may not even be at home when and if we did]YOU HAVE 30 MIN. TO CALL ME BACK AT THIS NUMBER, IF YOU DON'T I WILL TAKE IT THAT YOU DON'T WANT SS "AT ALL" AND SINCE YOU WENT OUT OF TOWN LAST WEEK AND DIDN'T GET HIM YOU CAN PICK HIM UP TODAY AND KEEP HIM UNTIL WEDNESDAY- [A week from the day she left the message]
Well... DH never got that message [until Sunday] so she must have been fuming to not only not have a phone, but also with the police coming to check up on SS and then not getting a phone-call back when you DEMANDED that DH do so or forfeit his child...
BM has also rec'd all of our paperwork for custody/visitation according to our lawyer so I'm waiting for her "crazy mind" to be completely out of sinc and raging..
HOW WOULD YOU GUYS HANDLE THIS SITUATION besides documenting all incidents.. ??? IT'S CONSTANT CHAOS with her.....

You are doing exactly what u should be doing
This is the beginning of the end for her....and she knows it...there is nothing more threatening to a crazy, greedy, unfit BM than a BD and a SM who have all their ducks in a row....remember,,,,make sure DH avoids confrontation, cuz she's gonna go nuts (mine did)....and she will threaten and scream and cry and then show up in court with NOTHING and lose....soooo if she doesn't have a phone number where she may be reached with regard to THEIR son, yur DH is totally right to do welfare checks and he should...tell her to get a phone!!

Well, I would handle it by ...
getting all of you and Dh's ducks in a row, then sitting back and watching BM implode.
Of course, I say that, but it's so much easier said that done. I would probably more likely handle it by driving DH nuts with constantly second guessing our strategy and wondering how BM was going to twist off next.
May I suggest a happy medium? Try drinking.
Believe me...
Most nights a glass of wine or 2 does me well..
That's what I'm counting on...
I truly don't know how DH does it, she calls him out of his name constantly, he has heart disease so she frequently says "How's your heart b*tch" I'm amazed over the lethal spew that comes out of her mouth and through text..
If it was me on the other end of her wrath I don't know if I could be so cool and collected, I would be dying to tell her about herself.. but like he says and many agree, that's what she would love, a full-fledged, all out battle.. and she'll get her battle from us, with all the ammunition we possess.. but in COURT..
Watch her fold like a
cheap suit in Court.....make sure u and yur attorney are as prepared as you can be,,,,,then....watch how she loses it...in more ways than one
