Apparently SS is in daycare, but we're wondering if he was just recently thrown in due to our custody hearing..

The judge did say that she wanted BM to prove she is working full time and that SS was enrolled in daycare on the date of our last court hearing. BM seemed to not know the name of the daycare or the place she worked in court..

BM called and left a message on DH's voicemail today giving him the name of the daycare and the address as to where SS is to be picked up this evening-

The judge ordered DH to pick SS on Fridays because BM said she is suddenly working fulltime and alledgedly placed SS in a pre-k iep program-which I believed was another one of her lies-

We haven't talked to the guardian since she visited our house Sat. We are hoping that BM throwing him into daycare and having a job suddenly will have no effect on her credibility as a decent mother.

The guardian said that SS shows signs of neglect and she would place him @ 2 years old, he'll be "5" next week.

I know we need to be patient and "wait" but it's very difficult.

Anyone have any good advice?
Will BM get any credit for getting a job and finally putting SS in some sort of child care?

Thanks!

I'm no expert, but I have learned to expect the unexpected from the court system! I hope not though. I think it's incredibly sad that the GAL thinks ur ss is neglected! Poor kiddo!

The courts have given BM to many chances to get it right. She probably will get credit for having a job even if she just found it knowing she'll probably quit the day of the court hearing or the very next day. DH has been to court every year trying to get primary custody of skids...has a date with the courts on Monday...BM moved out of the city but days after being served she moved back our city. BM recently disclosed her new boyfriend beat her in front of the skids but she broke up with him now and im sure the courts will commend her for that.

Good Luck
