OH YEAH!!!!

SD got a letter from HUD on Saturday, telling her that they may have an apartment for her and her son! She has an application to fill out and an appointment on Monday. Could it be that DH and I will be getting our lives back soon?

I have tried and tried to like SD...I really have. But honestly, she just gets on my last nerve and I will be so glad to be comfortable in my own home again! Yesterday was the perfect example - I was home sick all day (I slept almost 16 hours!). I left my bedroom to go to the bathroom and to get some crackers. She checked on me twice, I think. When I finally made it downstairs at around 8:50 pm to watch TV with my DH (Heroes was on), she promptly logged off my laptop and went upstairs. She came back downstairs the minute I went back upstairs at 10. So you tell me...just how honest is she being when she tells DH that she likes me a lot and respects me? This "leave the room" routine has happened every day since she moved in, but I am (according to DH) just being "paranoid." Of course, I can't say that it bothers me that much anymore; it just means I don't have to deal with her.

If She knows that You are Not Comfortable with the situation, She may be trying to absent Herself and give You and DH as much uninterrupted time together as possible, especially if You and/or DH have said or otherwise made it clear that You Two Miss Being Alone in The House...

DH and I have asked her about this. She says that she DOESN'T get up and leave because I enter a room; it is simply a coincidence that when I come into a room, she has finished her work/her show is over/she needs to go somewhere else in the house and that she finishes all of that when I leave the room.
