That bucks people off if they sit on it too long. This would be great for DH, myself, guests that have overstayed. The applications are endless.

I think you are on to something here!! I would totally buy one of those. My DH is a retard and insists on sleeping on the couch probably 4-5 nights a week... If I had a remote I would buck him off at about 2 am }:)
