Hi. I am here. Dh has not contacted me at all since Friday. I had a therapy appointment Friday morning and my counselor wants to wait to up my meds. She wants to continue counseling and give the meds time to work. Dh and I have to see each other tonight for me to hand dd off to him. I am so nervous. I just wish I felt more in control of my emotions. Thank you for asking about me.

make sure you understand that this is not about you, RAM. its about him. any man who walks out of counseling has issues. mine did this too because he wanted the counselor to say he was right and i was wrong.
