Update...

Havent been on in awhile but this is an update to my other blogs. Well for starters im 15 weeks preggo. We are excited. Its not my fiances first but it is my first baby. Update on the divorce it was finalized in febuary. We found out i was preggo in december and we wanted SD to be the first to know but BM wouldnt let us get SD for christmas because my fiance didnt want to give her his cell number when she had the house phone number she could reach him on. Well i think that was a stupid reason go not let FH see SD. Since then BM has found out about me being preggo and she doesnt want SD to know cause she wasnt the first one told about it but we wanted to tell SD but she wont let FH talk to SD. BM filed for full custody in november but the day of mediation she didnt go cause she couldnt get out of work. She told FH to tell the mediator to schedule it for a thursday on her only day off but i dont think they will cause they arent going to work on her schedule they r working on the court schedule. But she kept texting FH (yes BM now has his cell number an he had to block her number an all she can do is text) telling him she werent going so he didnt have to but he went cause it was dealing with getting to see SD. So her next meeting to make up for missing the last meeting is also on a day other than thursday so if she dont go that day what happens cause FH cant get scheduled another appointment til BM goes to her first meeting? But this is all the updating i have for u guys. Those of u that have been thru the full custody and mediation stuff can u let me know what happens if BM dosnt show and if shes the one who filed does that make a difference if she goes or not? what will happen with the case will it get dismissed or what? and what happens in mediation?

DH and Breeder went through mediation after DH filed for custody. It really depends on the mediator and every situation is different. The mediator the case was assigned to was amazing to say the least. They will want to hear the back ground on the case and the relationship between both parties, they will also want to know about relationships and living situations for both parents. Who the child will be exposed to in each situation.
Mediation with breeder went like this:
DH: Breeder did this, and here is my proof (police records, pictures, etc.)
Mediator to breeder: "You did WHAT?!"
Breeder to both: "Yes, I did; but I am the mom!"

Breeder also missed several appointments with the mediator, which upset the mediator for wasting her time. The mediator writes down everything for the meetings and reports back to the court. The court knew that breeder missed several scheduled meetings, and that her choice of language was 'not appropriate' and 'vulgar'.
Best of luck with mediation.
