Daycare involved in a child abuse case

The daycare DH and BM picked for SD5 this year is involved in a child abuse case! An employee there shook a little kid and threw him down. They have it on video and it is so shocking and just gut wrenching.

SD was scheduled to start going there May 25 but obviously with this pending case we are nervous and do not want her going to that daycare. DH has been trying for two days to discuss this with BM and she has been completely ignoring him.

BM texted DH last night asking him if he got her settlement offer from his attorney. He says no, then asks if she could email it to him.

They go back and forth about his attorney not conveying the settlement offer and he again asks if she can email it. We are sure his attorney received the offer but obviously wasn't thrilled with it, since DH told his attorney what he would and would not accept. Based on her attitude, we're pretty sure the offer is probably a crappy one.
