HELP! NEED RESPONSE!!!

IAmALady77's picture

SO decided to just send an email to BM so that he could screenshot it as proof. (see previous blog for letter)

This is her response:

SO, don't preach to me. My work schedule keeps changing so therefore our parenting schedule also. If SD is not dropped off at daycare on the days indicated on the schedule I will call the police. Thanks

What should he say? Its not like the police are going to do anything but still?

EDIT: 2 more responses from her:

Sorry SO. You are not in charge. As long as I have soul physical custody ....I am. Have a nice night. PS...it would be in your best Intrest not to get arrested for parental kidnapping since I do have an open case with a lawyer now..
Or better yet, do..
Cuz it will only make my case against you stronger. She will be dropped off and picked up at daycare. No questions asked

And since the times she is at daycare land on my parenting hours I can choose where she is or is not. Your parenting time ends at noon. That's when she is dropped off at the daycare ...since I know she is safe there.

HIS response:

It is clear that because we cannot consistently AGREE on a verbal agreement outside of the CO, I will now ONLY follow the court order AS it is stated. I will not deviate from it. As per court order, I will be picking her up at such n such time at such n such place. To avoid any more confusion I will state one more time, that I am only following the CO from now on.

Follow the CO and lawyer up document, document, document.
I know it sucks to have to change what works but if she wants to play make her follow the CO rote and line, and you do the same. Get a lawyer and change the CO. What a B.

"Sorry SO. You are not in charge. As long as I have soul physical custody ....I am."

That pretty much says it all right there. She is one of THOSE. So, if she ever needs you to take SD on her time, for whatever reason, the answer is no, that's not what the CO says.

"My work schedule keeps changing so therefore our parenting schedule also."

Not unless the CO is legally changed.

"Have a nice night."

What a bitch! Really, I would have as little to do with this c*@t as possible. Unfortunately, as I well know, that comes at a price. However, she gives you little choice. And people wonder why fathers are not as involved as they should be. It's not always voluntary.

He's going to pick SD up right now and then I'll post the rest of last nights debacle once her soul is safely in our custody lol
