Dh got a call earlier this week from American eagle asking him when he was going to pay his bill as he was almost 3 mo ths behind. He told them he didnit have an ae account. They asked isn't your address ..... ? Which of course was sil's address. They are sending out some fraud reports for us and I guess dh will be calling his friend the police officer to report yet another theft by sil. I guess she opened the account on 7/1- and had actually been paying on it for several months, but hasnt paid the last few months.

Her current court case was pushed back until march. So perhaps they can just add this in along with it
