You are here

I just smile and laugh (somewhat evilly) to myself while it unfolds and gets crazier.

So just about an hour ago both my SSs are sitting in the LR watching TV. My bs is chilling in another room watching TV. I'm in the kitchen. Cleaning up and texting with my gf. I hear The following conversation:

YSS: hey OSS call grandma
OSS: Why?
YSS: she wants to talk to you/us. But don't go far with my phone. It needs to stay plugged in.
(Now OSS has been talked to about using his brother's phone for personal purposes since he had his taken away). A moment passes while OSS kind walks away and around the corner a bit but close bough to keep the phone plugged into the charger.

OSS: hi

And the rest of the conversation consists of him (speaking quietly but I can still hear him because he's just a couple feet away from me) saying to grandma:

Fine- I'm figuring into response to the ? How is everything going over there? You know at our mean terrible house...the one with egads! RULES!

And then a lot of yeah, no, IDK, okay and finally bye. He hangs up and YSS says "hey!" OSS says "she didn't want to talk to you"

That's right Grandma calling to check how the poor kid is doing. But doesn't talk to her other grandson?

So the kids go to bed. I pick up YSS's phone and see that BM texted YSS minutes before OSS called grandma saying "please call grandma 'Psycho bitch' " YSS asks BM why and gets the response "she wants to talk to you. And OSS"

Yeah but she really didn't now did she?

Why am I grinning? Because they must be wondering why if grandma psycho tries to call that it goes directly to VM. (Remember....I blocked her # ha ha ha ha). So grandma psycho, rather than call her son (we haven't heard from her for a week and a half since the last issue that so closely followed her outburst in front of the children...BLISS), has taken to calling BM to say she wants to talk to OSS and could you text YSS to have OSS call dear sweet grandma. Wow! Whole new low! But not surprised. Further proves my point that my MiL has constant in depth contact with DH's exW, even after everything she has done to try to ruin our family, our marriage, but even more importantly DH's life and character. I'm sure since OSS wasn't exceptionally chatty with grandma psycho, that the old hag called up BM as soon as she hung up to talk about how OSS was so quiet and didn't say much and he's just miserable there I just know it and they are so awful to him and blah blah blah blah blah I know because she used to pull the same shit before I was the evil SM who took her grandsons and son away. She'd call DH when skids were with their BM and go on and on about how sad he sounded and how terrible it must be for him there and how awful BM is. And I would tell DH, it's not our problem. If he's miserable it's because he chooses to be. Her house, not our business. Why does your mother think she should be calling us to discuss it? She's only trying to stir up shit.

So I'm thinking MIL and BM are in cahoots and will start next week (BM's last week to have the kids during summer vacation) to push the PAS on the skids and push that they should live with BM. I'm kinda hoping they do...would solve my problem and grant my wish! However, last time this came up BM didn't want them like we have them...she wanted them EOW all year...yeah I m not comfortable with that. I think if it's going to change it should be primary with her and we will take EOWE and one weekday overnight.

I can't stand either of those manipulative, lying, POS bitches. And makes a perfect segue way to opening up conversation regarding boundaries and eliminating toxic people from our lives for counseling on Thursday. Since we have yet to discuss the lovely antics of my MIL and the BM that occurred in the last two weeks at counseling...oh I'm really looking forward to Thursday!

I reread this and grin wider...the dummies I'm sure haven't figured out her number is blocked. Sometimes it's just the little things that feel like small victories. Smile
