Stepmother Day - really, the sunday after Mother's Day!

I just found out that there is a stepmother's day!
Annie's "How Stepmother's Day Began" Page
has anybody out there ever heard of this?
Personally I would not push my SS to celebrate this but it is nice to be acknowledged.

Yes, it is nice to be acknowledged, and so my two younger SD's usually give me a mother's day card or a small gift but it feels so weird b/c I am not a mother per se. This year, my middle SD asked her teacher if she could make two separate mother's day cards, one for me and one for BM. It was soooooo sweet!!!
