Trying not be resentful

I'm trying not to be resentful but it's a little hard this time. We got the girls last night, and of course BM drops them off as late as possible. Well I suggested we play a game, so we do and the OSD is literally on her phone every 5 seconds. We get through one round and she decides to go in her room and then whine because she can't find her phone charger. She has an iPhone and we don't so our chargers aren't compatible but we have old cords for iPhone. So, I stupidly said there might be a cord out in my car.

Feeling defeated

So, we get a text from our Attorney saying we have an agreement but... of course there is a but.. BM has always purchased round trip fare. Apparently even though we purchased ours according to the CO we are automatically assumed to adjust our ticket.

My thought is why should we have to pay the fee for adjusting ticket dates when we bought ours according to the court order. Especially when our income doesn't have the wiggle room hers does. It almost feels like our Attorney is shutting us down and siding with her to an extent.

Visitation Vent

So, here we are a week from scheduled visitation and still no agreement reached.

It is frustrating because we feel like our attorney isn't notifying us when they receive correspondence. We are having to reach out every time, which who knows how much this has delayed the process.

Deviating from CO

I have two SD's who currently live out of state. The BM has basically been saying she will not send them for the scheduled Christmas break because of something totally exaggerated.

Well in order to get the girls, DH is essentially agreeing to unnecessary measures because with a legal battle it wouldn't be resolved by Christmas anyways and costs. Due to the what ifs, we have opted not to buy the returning flight ticket as of yet, which we are responsible for.
