Well today was a total waste of time. So the judge said they have 5 - 6 days to get the genetic testing done and BM's attorney has to file x,y, and z for it. BM had her attorney ask for child support today in court, the judge said he cannot do any of that before the genetic testing is done. And that was all that happened in court.

Afterwards, my bf's attorney and BM's attorney were going to go over some things, such as pick a date for court for the divorce. Also, BM's attorney offered Friday night - Saturday night for my bf to have the children in the mean time and that is it. My bf's attorney told him that was ridiculous that my bf had been generous and let her have the children when she asked for them except a handful of times due to prior plans, last minute, asking, etc. BM's attorney said that BM told him that he barely let her have them, so my bf's lawyer will be showing him the log that has been kept since December which reflects this. 

So I am not at all surprised that the BM is not being held accountable for not following through on what the judge said, also not surprised she asked for child support, funny after a month of her having the children basically full time she realizes she can't manage it, but my bf has been doing it for over a year. My bf's attorney is supposed to email him tonight and hopefully have some dates or answers of some type, but yet again, I am not holding my breath and am done being optimistic about it all.

Bright side is on the phone without me saying any comments on any of it, my bf says "honey I know I am trying to get this all done and just want it all done already." So that just gives me a little reassurance of things, he already knows my stance on I don't want to/don't think I can keep having this continue to go on and be dragged out, so just seeing how the next few weeks go.
