So today bf sent BM a message informing her of drop off time on September 1, letting her know SD is due for several shots and physical, as well as confirming dates of spring break. In the agreement for September 1, there is no time specified, bf has been unable to make an appointment for SD as the doctor is claiming no availability prior to September 1, and we wanted to address spring break. Since last we heard she is staying in VA, we looked up the 2021 county BM lives in as the agreement states if the child is not in school spring break starts the day of the county the child lives in until 5 pm on the Sunday before school resumes. So as we have no school info and assume even if she is in school it would be the county Bm lives in we wanted to confirm this.

BM says the shots and physical is no problem, she's "supposed" to move December 2020 or January 2021, then she asks if there is a hold up with the divorce .... BM the divorce has been finalized since May 28 and you've been off the health insurance and so has your child since July.... BM also thinks it's our year for Christmas so we told her she has even years and bf has odd but we will gladly take her for Christmas this year. 

Just find it bizarre that three months have gone by and BM has not inquired or anything about the divorce. Also not holding my breath about her moving but we shall see what happens.
