Been away for over a month now after the last few blogs I posted, but wanted to give an update regarding Father's Day since a bunch of you helped me decide what to do for father's day for my bf. I went with the Taco shirt for my bf and the Taquito shirt for both of the girls. When he went to take the dog outside, I told him I would pick out the clothes for the girls wear that day. When really I was helping them put on their shirt and then when he came back inside had the girls give him his shirt and tell him happy dad day. He loved the shirts and we spent the day at the zoo. Lots of people complimented the shirts and so that made me really happy. Felt like the right thing to get him something, but something that connected him with the girls since they are too young to ask for help to get anything or even know that it was Father's Day without someone telling them (they are 2 and 4). Something that made me really happy is I took a photo of the three of them with their shirts at the zoo then my boyfriend asked someone to take a photo of the four of us. Just made me feel very included and happy that he wants photos of all of us. Last time we got a picture of us all together was when we went on vacation in January. So thank you for everyone who gave me their opinion on what to do on this first Father's Day with my bf.

Might as well update on the divorce situation too while at it. Today or tomorrow we should have the date from his lawyer on when my bf and his lawyer along with BM and her lawyer will all sit down for basically negotiation. My bf and his lawyer drafted up and sent over what he wants in regards to custody, etc. We think BM is seeing someone now which is great because hopefully it will motivate her to get this all over with because so far my bf has been the only one pushing things forward. Unforunately two weeks ago we should of had a date for all this, but my bfs lawyer's mom became ill and pushed things back, ugh ... If they can agree, then this should be all finalized september or october, so crossing my fingers. Trying not to get my hopes up however, because that came to bite me when I thought around now negotiation would be happening, but things got pushed back, yet again. 

So yeah, that is basically the summary of the last month. Progress and no progress basically at the same time.
