:jawdrop: I didn't show DH the parent portal on Wednesday when I saw that Thunderfoot has horrible grades. I did mention it but I just never pulled it up on the computer. Last night I decided to show him. To say he hit the roof would be an understatement. My DH is VERY kind hearted and giving. He always wants everyone to be happy and never wants to hurt anyone's feelings BUT when he has had enough...he has had enough. He rarely losing his temper but when he does...oh boy. He calls Thunderfoot to look at the computer.
DH--Take a look at this.
TF--(acting stupid and innocent) I don't know what this is. (It clearly states her name, classes, teachers and grades.)
DH--Well it's the parent portal and those are your grades. Why are you failing math? We discussed this when you got your report card 3 weeks ago. I told you to bring these grades up! Why aren't you even doing your homework? I don't ask you to do ANYTHING around here but get good grades and wipe your ass! I hope you are getting one of those right! (Yeah he said that. I cringed a little.) Some kids your age work and go to school and STILL get As and Bs. What is the deal here? I never see you do anything but text and stay on the Xbox...give me your phone! And since you don't seem to care about getting good grades or studying...I am taking all the electronics out of your room! I suggest you start studying and paying attention and stop drawing in class. If you don't pass this year, you WILL retake this class next year with the kids in a lower grade than you. I am NOT paying for you to go to summer school. That will be pretty embarrassing won't it? I hope you pass but at this point you will have to get 100s on everything! When is your next test?
TF--Ummmm I don't know. Either tomorrow or next week. (Seriously kid? You can't even pay enough attention to know when you have a test?!?!)
DH--Well I suggest you FIND out and start STUDYING NOW!!!

Later on last night he went in her room to ask her something. This was around 8 or 9...do you think she was studying? NOPE...she was fast asleep. I hope she has a test and fails it today. She just does not give a FUCK!
This morning DH had to wake her up. Normally she uses her phone as an alarm but since she didn't have it...no alarm. She usually gets up at around 6 or a little after. She has to be ready to leave the house at 7:20. We got up around 6:30 and I told him to go knock on her door because I knew she wasn't awake. He banged on her door and said, "Time to get up!" She said, "What time is it?" He said, "It doesn't matter what time it is. I said it was time to get up. How's that for good morning?!?!" Ouch....
