As it's Friday I'm taking bets on what sd10 will do this week odds are as follows-

Not come at all 2/1

Come but get mummy to pick her up tomorrow 2/1

Come but remember she has somewhere to be Sunday morning so NEEDS to go home Saturday so daddy HAS to take her home 2/1

Come for the whole weekend 1000000/1

Not come at all. She and BM will say he traumatized her by saying she couldn't go home when she wanted to, so now she's afraid to come over.

Ding ding ding. We have a winner. Sd12 didn't want to come either. So skid free weekend. Also just to make everybody jealous the next 3 weekends will be skid free due to the house move/sorting of the new house etc. So woohoo.

Accompanied by a call from the GUBM saying "mommmmeeeeyyyyy misses yoooooouuuuuuu soooooo much, i neeeeeeed yooooouuuuu to come home riiiiight nooooow."  (TM)

Which always caused me to do mental handsprings of elation.

Ughh, I remember the absolute pain of having DH let SD run the visitation.  I did have to put my foot down and insist he stick to his CO and usual arrangements.  It was chaotic since there was a point in time she ran everything.  I mean when to come over, when to leave, when to extend.  The thing is, DH would put his foot down and BM and SD would go around him and call his parents.  His parents would then pick her up at their demand and then call DH to come get her.  When he made it clear he no longer would do it they finally stopped calling him about it.  He told them the schedule, if they wanted the extra time then that was on them.   They were quite angry about it, but hey...he told them the schedule.  

SD was so good about manipulating everyone about how she was mistreated, didn't eat, etc. she had them running ridiculous hoops. I mean it was insane.  There was a point in time it got really bad because BM got hooked on meth and then custody changed of course but that was when SD was a teen. But when younger it was usually just drama and bs created so SD could come/go whenever she wanted.  They would also taxi her all over creation for everything she was in the mood to do, a friends, a parade, you name it. 

If your DH doesn't put his foot down this will be his life.
