Ladies (and gents) you will NEVER in 1 million years believe this! I myself, still can't believe it but I woke up this morning and card was still there and I apparently wasn't dreaming so......

I got a Mother's Day card in the mail yesterday from SD18. :? :? :O :O :O I have NEVER even gotten so much as a happy mother's day uttered out of her mouth, much less a card that she obviously took the time to pick out, sign with a nice little "Hope you have a great Mother's Day" and mail to me??! I showed DH the card when he got home. He got the deer in the headlights look and all he could say was "Holy Jeezus" lol

I'm flip flopping between being scared of what she is plotting and being in tears because that was so sweet of her. I did send her a FB message and thanked her and told her that was very sweet and thoughtful of her. Then of course I get a message from Aunt J this morning all pissed off because she busted SD18 lying to her yet again... lol :? Can't figure this girl out!

I know you're right! Best predictor of future behavior is past behavior...Every single time in the past when I have thought that SD was making an effort and I would let my guard down, I would get screwed... so I'll just take the card with a grain of salt..

Aunt J bought the card and stood over SD while SD wrote the message as dictated to her. And then Aunt J found a stamp and mailed it.

There's really nothing to figure out about SD. She's shown all of you who she is over and over again. Believe her.

Yes, I mentioned to Aunt J this morning how shocked I was that I got a card... she said she had nothing to do with it. and I believe her because SD18 was with Aunt J last year for Mother's Day and I got nothing.... oh and Aunt J doesn't lie. Wink

Well, if this actually ends well.. and I mean a big IF .. but if she actually works and go to college and gets good grades and graduates, well we need to nominate Aunt J for Sainthood

No doubt about that! When aunt J messaged me today about the latest lying incident her exact words were " I signed up to get her graduated from high school, the daily bull I could do without" funny those were my sentiments exactly when DH wanted to move her in with us to "save her".... I was all fine and dandy with that, it was the daily bullshit and drama that I was NOT ok with.
