You posted the below recipe. It was awesome. I am dieting but I did try it. It was so good. Everyone in the household loved it.

1 cn cream of chicken soup
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 cn rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 cn corn
1⁄2 pk Taco Seasoning Mix
1 c sour cream
1⁄2 pk spaghetti
1 pk mexican style shredded cheese
Notes
I added the corn, but the rest I found online- made it once and couldn't stop eating it. Now I make it a couple times per month.

Instructions
Mix sour cream, rotel, cream of chicken soup, chicken, corn, 1/2 pack taco seasoning, and half the bag of cheese in a big bowl.

Mix in cooked spaghetti. Put it all in a casserole, and top it with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is brown on top.

Aniki, here is a food tip from a foodie. No matter how you season your meatloaf, if you also incorporate up to 1 cup of heavy cream into it (based on 2 lbs of burger) and work it in, you will have the most tender incredible meatloaf to ever hit your mouth. Promise/swear Smile

This sounds heavenly!!! Gonna have to try it. And eat the whole pan myself since DH won't force the Skids to eat anything they don't want to. They normally don't even try it first. *major eye roll*
