I just posted this in one of my blogs but had to share with everyone...

A patient of mine came in and showed me a clip of her wedding. It was her husband singing her a love song before their vows. It was so romantic. But all I could think of is good luck...

He has a 7 year old daughter who was not to happy they got married but this woman says "oh she will come along"....I cant wait to see her in 6 months and see how that is going LOL Wink

I wouldn't of believed it could be this bad before SO and I moved in together...9 months later I am a believer. LOL I hope we are wrong and she has a wonderful new family Smile

I'm with you. I never in my mind ever imagined it would be so hard. I am a strict strong parent who doesn't take shit or allow shit from my kids - I just 'ASSUMED' that is how people raise kids.

I knew DH was a very kind non-confrontational person who likes to please and make everyone happy - but I never imagined the damage that does when it comes to parenting.

His best qualities are the worst thing when it comes to parenting and I am seeing the price paid first hand.

your step-niece don't happen to live in the south does she?? This sounds just like my FSD mother!!! She just got married and it's all roses on FB, I'm not friends with them, but do have friends, that have friends....well you know, anyway the BF now husband posts stuff to the FSD all the time and I know good and well that the mother is actually doing the writing because no red-neck country man would post some of the stuff on there!! There are quotes and crap that most men would not write. I have wanted to inbox him and tell him to run too but you know it keeps the BM busy so he's a grown man, he can deal with the shit everyone else has had too....just sad to see another good man's life ruined by that bitch.
