It's been less than one month, and SD11 earned her first detention of the year yesterday. The story that the school and SD11 has corroborated on is that SD11 was taunting and chasing another boy in the hallway, and that boy ran into another boy and both boys ended up getting hurt, so SD got detention. Pretty straightforward,right?
Nope. BM had to get involved and call up the school and yell at the dean, because all 3 who were involved should be punished or none at all. It was pretty clear that SD was the antagonizer, and without her efforts, no one would have been hurt. But now this has become a crusade to "save" SD from injustice. She is supposed to be serving her detention this afternoon, which conveniently is the day BM picks her up, and BM is threatening to refuse to let her serve detention.
This is probably going to also turn into one of those battles about how SO doesn't "stick up" for SD11,too. Yes BM, the teachers, the school principal, and SO and I are all wrong in agreeing that SD was at fault. The only thing SD had to say in her defense as to why she taunted and chased the boy in the first place is that he "annoyed" her. SMDH!
Sadly, SD is probably getting another detention soon due to her tardiness, and what is BM gonna say to defend that? IDK, but I'm sure she will think of something, and deem the punishment unjust.
