Poor SS8!

He is diagnosed PDD (NOS) which is an Autistic Spectrum disorder. He is very tall for his age (5’9) and has a hard time making friends. He has issues with his speech and focus and tends to “spaz” out when he is tired or has a lot on his mind. He also tends to put up with a lot from other children in the hopes that they continue to like and play with him.

Ugh! BM1 is stupid!

For months now, BM1 has been texting and calling SO informing him that he HAS to take SD15 to get her learner’s permit. SO has told both BM1 & SD15 that when SD15 visits, he would be more than happy to take her up to DPS…she has not visited so she has no learner’s permit.

SO went ahead & looked into what he needed in order to get the permit for SD15 (took 3 minutes by phone)…he needs
Birth Certificate (this is all he has-BM has NEVER had a copy)
HS enrollment or last report card
Proof that the first 6 hrs of driver’s ed has been completed

5 days & counting!

I am so excited about our trip to Florida!

My SO is an OCD fruit cake when it comes to packing-I typically prefer to pack last minute whereas his packing MUST be done WELL in advance. To keep the peace and to avoid all sorts of stressful drama, packing has commenced.

So much for “keeping the peace”!

For those that read & responded to my last post, SO attempting to “keep the peace” with BM Nasty is highly over-rated and only opens the door for her to lie to SS8 & SD7, manipulating the truth in an attempt to make SO and I look bad and make her look like the poor cheated mommy dearest! I knew this already & couldn’t be bothered argue to about it (already did that with SO)…history has a way of repeating itself, and this, of course, was no exception.

10 days until our trip & now BM wants to talk to the SKids

I'm very excited about our FL vacation. The thought of having a few Skid free days brings a smile to my face, even if it's been brought down to 4.5 days due to BM's issue of not liking to get up early on Monday (HUH???!!??)

After well over a month of not speaking to her children, BM brazenly texts SO this morning asking if the Skids remember that they are going to see her in less than 2 weeks...of course, SO responds ever so sweetly to this BM and answers all of her questions very nicely...

SD13 - Need advice please (a little long)

I have blogged before about SD13 but I’ve never gone into details on the behavior of SD13 or her sister (SD15)…I don’t plan on going too much into detail, but before anyone throws out “well, they’re teenagers”, please keep in mind that their GM (SO’s mother-who is lenient as HELL) has banned these girls from being in her home without SO present.

Of course you're a great mother (NOT!!!)

After seeing her children for a whopping 6 days last summer, BM has told us that she is going to see them for…wait for it…5 days this summer. Yes ladies and gentlemen, 5 days is what she can spare for SS8 & SD7! Apparently, she is the ONLY leasing consultant at a HUGE apartment complex and there is NO WAY that the position she has held for 3 weeks can be covered. She’s rocking it out I tell ya…a total of 11 days in 4 years…ah the joys of motherhood.

Here we go again!

So...my SD13 is coming to visit. We have not seen her since July (her birthday). This has been her decision (supported by BM) & yes, my FH has asked her to come over on the rare phone calls he is blessed to receive. Already, we have drama & lies & she isn't even here yet!
