SO ate his words about Nasty having changed...

It took less than a week for her to remind him of who he was actually dealing with. See blog http://www.steptalk.org/node/73520 for why he thought she changed.

During the first week of the Skids time with her, she…
-Told SO that the Skids were costing her too much money
-Asked SO to return CS to her so that she could afford to have them with her
-Lost SS’s bathing suit & didn’t bother to replace it

An idea that is making me smile…

In the past, Nasty has said she was going to move to Texas (by transfer through work)…SO got upset at the idea because while it would be good for the Skids to see her more often, she tends to not keep her word. With her history of lying to the Skids, we can only imagine the “Mommy will be there to pick you up on Friday” turning into them waiting around with a packed bag, not understanding why their BM doesn’t want to spend time with them. Her *threats* of moving here have always fallen through (YAY!!!!)

BM called me the SKids' MOM???? WTF!

SD8 asked me to Skype with her. I wasn’t too sure about it as she’s visiting her ass hat of a mother (Nasty) but didn’t want to hurt her feelings, so I agreed to it.

The laptop was set up on her bed & the Skids were sat in front of it. Both Skids talked about what they’ve been doing, they told me about the heartbreaking (per SD) situation with Disney (see previous blog), got into an argument with XSD16 over it & then started talking about what they’d been up to again.

Nasty has been a real piece of work lately. SO has been stressed out which isn’t good for him…at all. He is 90% disabled due to his service in the USMC and his body does NOT handle stress well.

This summer is shaping up to be WONDERFUL! *heavy sarcasm*

A little history, for those who have not read my blogs…

SO was married to Nasty for 8 years, XSD was 4 when SO married Nasty and started raising XSD as his own (her BD was not in the picture). She is now 16 and living in Germany with her maternal GP’s who Nasty gave full parental rights and custody of XSD (now 16) to.

Forged signatures on hospital bills...NICE Redneck, real nice!

SO has not seen SD16 & SD14 since last July. Their BM (Redneck) got married to her BF of 6 years & I guess he is the only dad they need now.

SO, while sad about not seeing the girls is not about to kow-tow to the little witches like they want him to. They expect to have “mini-wife” status when here, they expect everyone to bend over backwards to ensure that they are happy, every second of every day, they expect to run the home (menu, schedules) & feel that they should be allowed to “deal” with SS9 & SD8 as they see fit. NOT gonna happen…no way, no how.

O/T...sad news about a difficult man, my dad

So…my dad has had an off again/on again girlfriend for over 10 years. She is a very private person…I have only met her twice in all of the time they have been together…he claims that it’s because she’s shy but my sisters (2) & I think it’s because she just doesn’t like us. Honestly, none of us have ever even had the chance to be horrible & our parents have been divorced since FOREVER (25 years!) so I don't know why she would have an issue with us. He has 6 kids in total & we do make a lively bunch but other than that...I have no idea.

The Skids still think they are going to Disney with Nasty this summer (Vent)

Nasty has (again, for the 2nd year running) promised the Skids she would take them to Disney during her whopping week or less visit with them this summer. Last year, she decided the library was just as good as Disney (SO & I ended up taking them) but she promised (pinky swearing & everything!) that they would spend TWO full days at Disney THIS year. She told them in March via Skype that they could pick which parks they want to visit so the Skids have been talking constantly about which rides they want to go on & trying to plan their two days out to a T.
