I know that the dad in that situation isn't like our DHs/BFs/SOs, but I post this because Judge Pirro gives some important statistics that the court system should start paying attention to and taking into consideration when figuring out child custody. I say that if both parents are mentally fit, sane people, they should each get joint legal custody and every other week custody. Of course, if one of the parents is not a good parent, the other parent should get custody, regardless of the parent's gender.

It's a fact that so many kids whose dads aren't in their lives grow up to be criminals. So I ask the BMs and the court systems, are your PAS tactics worth it? Is not allowing the father of your children to see them worth it?
