Update of SD19 and Puppy

Well, finally convinced DH not give the puppy back to SD19 and he is now off to a real good home, thank god. SD19 does not know yet but will soon.

As predicted, CPS finally stepped in and removed grandson from SD19. She has been fighting, getting arrested, and running wild. My only problem is CPS placed my grandson with SD19 ex'stepfather, where she is also living. Grandson was originally placed with his father (nice kid, has a few issues but at least has a clue how to take care of a child) so I'm wondering why they would put grandson straight back into the environment that has created soooo much trouble with the SKs and now the grandson.

CPS can really be morons.

We are living the PAS from massively Psycho Ex-Wife. She knows all the tricks, all the right things to say, avoids anything to do with "therapy" for herself and the skids, like it was a life-threatening situation, so on and so forth.

She doesn't work for CPS (I hsve though, but serious, I'm not physco) but she knowwwsss, everyone in town and she is not afraid of anyone or anything. I believe our local CPS have given up on her and the skids and are actually afraid of her. She has PASed the skids against us so bad that I don't think they would ever come and live with us, even if their mother was jailed or killed.

I really think that it should be manditory for Judges to order psych. and parenting assessment in any contentious divorce centred around child custody. Might nip PAS in the bud before it can get started. A girl can dream can't she........
