He's making ME crazy. DH has wayyyyy more patience with him than I do. I'm ready to send him off to his father on permanent vacation. The kid doesn't listen, lies,runs off to dad anytime he's in trouble here, forget school, has a legal issue pending, I'm ready to pull my effing hair out. We've had him do counseling, meds, you name it, but nothing gets through to this kid. He thinks he's smarter than everyone and is somehow entitled. My god, it's like living with my xh all over again.

i know my nephew is like that, he is damn near 21 doesnt have a license but expects his mum to get up at 6am to drive his arse to work even though my sister works 3 jobs to get his arse out of debt, he roughly owes her in the vicinity of about 10-15k.
Can you get your exH on side with your punishments or does exH just do what ever he wants with BS? If exH and yourself team up then there will be no point in BS running off to dad when he is in trouble at your place, maybe?

He's 12. Xh is ZERO help. He bribes both my boys to live with him just to get back at me for leaving. Gives them everything and anything and then says that is what I do. Nope, as all I've ever done is try to show them what love and respect was, not abuse and manipulation. I even try to show the POS some respect as their father but I get called a cheating whore or any other thing he can think of to my face in their presence. Apparently, he does act up over there too (at least that's what I've been told) but a new computer was just purchased just for him and a variety of other things. The man hasn't purchased a Christmas or birthday present in 3 years but suddenly he's buying him everything. I cannot and will not compete. But so far I'm the one taking care of all the drama and problems.

Xh and I have a no contact order after I continuously got texts at 2 am calling me everything under the sun and telling me I owed him money. I gave him everything we acquired in our 14 year marriage so I could get him to sign the damn papers. I got my car and custody of the kids. He bought my oldest off within the first 2 months and he never came back, now three years later my youngest is the same age and I'm ready to pack his shit and toss it on the lawn due to the amount of disrespect and BS. The idea of paying my xh cs makes me sick. I left the douche to give my sons a better life. To show them they didn't need to be treated that way and neither did I. Mom of the effing year here...
