Can I get a feedback on this conversation between a father and daughter

Aly Fran's picture

Daughter: Way u?

Dad: Home

Daughter: Are you alone?

Dad: No I'm having a few drinks with some friends.

Daughter: your woman out the road by she family?

Dad: No

Daughter: She dey in your mother house?

Dad: No

Daughter: well enjoy yourself.

Dad: with what?

Daughter: whatever you doing.

Dad: ok

Daughter: you ain't work today you stay home to love up with your dodo darling.

Dad: ( sends a voice note explaining why he didn't work that day "which was due to the weather" )

Daughter:lol, yuh squeeze she hard hard and say baby I looooove you?

Daughter: I'm not angry you have no work, you not living at me..

I tried uploading the screenshot of the conversation but I was unsuccessful, apparently this blog doesn't allow me too.

That was the end of the conversation, I found the phone after, I called the number which was SD own but she deactivated the whatsapp account associated with the number.

SD is 15, DH swears to me its her and called her to prove to me it's her, but I'm confused as to the conversation that I saw, is this a conversation that a father should engage in with his DD?

Also, for the record, I was in the house with him but he lied to her and I really dont know why.

A fee days after he visited her and she was setting up a new phone he purchased, she entered his Gmail account and his google photos were successfully uploaded. When he got home he realized all the photos with him and I and with our daughter and myself was deleted. Lol

If you knew my previous stories, here's an update. Due to our daughter we reconciled and our relationship was stable, SD was of no conflict at all he kept her a distance away and I maintained my boundaries in which DH respected. It has been 1yr and a half and SD resurface with the confusion, chaos and drama once again.

HELP!!!!!

It's too difficult for me to give an opinion on whether the person is your SD or not. Is that what you're asking? I don't know if it's excessive slang or inability to spell or what, but I can't make sense of anything your SD said. It's very strange. In my extra-curricular activity, I teach a lot of teens and none of them talk or sound like that. I'm in Canada, so maybe the slang is different here. I don't know. I can't even begin to translate what the hell your SD said. Maybe she's just illiterate.

The slang is different here where I live (Trinidad). But yes she's my step daughter

Kind of confusing.. Shes alluding he's cheating?

I don't know Trinidad slang but I do know no matter what slang, language or country these two lines were said would never be said by a duaghter to her father....

Daughter:lol, yuh squeeze she hard hard and say baby I looooove you?

Daughter: I'm not angry you have no work, you not living at me..

Jus my opinion but I would say you are with a cheater...

I would not want the consequences that would have followed had I texted some of that to my father.  Totally inappropriate.  Why do you think he lied about you being in the house?

Aly Fran's picture

The only thing that comes to mind about the lie is, to make her feel comfortable.

Because once she knows I'm around she don't speak to him, she will hang up. If I'm not around she'll feel comfortable enough to have a conversation with him...

Like he's home and has a wife he can have a booty call with? Because part of it seemed like she's saying that?? If thats the case then yes very inappropriate

I can't really understand what she is saying but it doesn't sound like a normal parent-child communication at all!

If you called the number and it actually rang to SD, then my guess is BM grabbed the phone and sent those texts. Otherwise I'd assume an affair partner or an SD who desperately needs some therapy.

But even by slang standards, that strikes me less like a teen and more like an adult. I'm in the US, and that reads like something I've seen my trashy stepsister write. Different slang, but same cadence.

An SD with severe daddio issues?

A divorced daddio and his angel DD enmeshed with no boundaries? Emotional incest?

You said he did prove that was her number. So as another poster said it could be the BM (and SD?) trying to cause problemos or all of the above.

Either way CREEPY.

His ex is using your SDs phone to communicate with him

That way he can keep in touch with the ex on the low and then make you believe its the SD...

Good luck finding more evidence

Your photos were deleted by his ex or by SD with the ex's instructions
