Diabetic friendly recipes
My SO and his mom are both diabetic. I'm always looking for diabetic friendly recipes.
I would safely say that the majority of diabetic friendly recipes that I've tried are not very good.
I found one for a German Chocolate Cake, very complicated & expensive ingredients, but tasted wonderful!
I found a few brownie recipes that were major flops. I did find one that isn't too terrible though lol.
Anyone have any tried and true diabetic friendly recipes that they'd care to share?

I found a great book on unhealthy parental boundaries
The Emotional Incest Syndrome: What to Do When a Parent's Love Rules Your Life by Dr. Patricia Love
It was copyrighted 1990, so was pretty cheap off Ebay.
I wanted to share that I found this great book dealing with unhealthy parental boundaries (not sexual incest, just unhealthy boundaries). Written by a therapist who provides lots of examples from her own counseling sessions and is written in easy to understand, commen sense language.
