I bought a Father's Day gift for my Ex-H for my BD11, do you guys do that? Just curious
I will keep this short. My Ex-H is a d*ckhead and loves to talk smack to me but he is the father of my child. So I took her and spent my money (haven't seen child support in forever) so that she could give him a nice Father's Day gift and helped her make a really cool card. He NEVER does this for Mother's Day or Christmas etc... but I always do. And I don't do it for him obviously but for my daughter. My daughter always makes me a sweet card for my birthday and Mother's Day becuase of course my Ex-H isn't going to take her to get me something and I would rather have something she made from her heart anyways. But I just wondered if the rest of you do this and take your children to buy gifts for the Ex-H or Ex-W on holidays?

What I would have like to given him is a slap in the face BUT I love my kiddo and as long as she asks for my help with this stuff I will do it. Now when she doesn't ask for my help or doesn't want to get him something that's fine too! I was just curious what the rest of you did in regards to this. I know in his mind I'm just another crazy BM that we make fun of on here, but I do not think he has any idea of what a real crazy BM is. I wish I could clue him into this site, but this is my refuge and I won't be sharing hahaha

I also must say this, he and I had a big fight Thursday night and I acted like a major jerk and and handled it all wrong. But he is still an asshole. He texted me on the way for me to pick my BD11 up after her weekend with him and let's just say it had some not so nice names regarding me in it. When I got out of the car and handed my daughter the gift bag and her card she had made (she forgot to take it with her when she left for her weekend) he wouldn't even look at me. He told her thank you but said nothing to me LOL.
My SO's ex buys a father's
My SO's ex buys a father's day gift for my SO from the girls (SD11 and SD14) and same for bday gifts. This year I offered to do it and she was very thankful. However, my SO and his ex (and I) all have a great relationship. If he was a jerk, I would say no way! And if his ex was rude I would never offer to help.
