well, i'm not actually a stepmother yet, more like future stepmother. i'm not married but i've been with my boyfriend who is in an ongoing divorce for a year now. things have been very slow going due to the lack of motivation on any part, so it's pretty much been torture for me. i've been having issues that a lot of other people here seem to identify with, and just looking around the site has already given me some comfort in knowing i'm not the only one who is going through this or has these feelings. i feel like there are tons of sites and information out there for the people going through the divorce, but what about the other people going through it? the "new women," or the second wives? i'm just really happy to have found a place to talk to other people in my same situation and people who have experienced it even more than i have and to hopefully get some advice or at least comfort from being here!
