Bio: When I first met my husband, all seemed peachy. BM was gracious to me and the kids seemed totally sweet and lovable. I moved to Texas and planned for our wedding thinking all of my dreams had come true. I was 37 years old, never been married and no kids. I thought I hit the jackpot. I guess things have changed. I think we revert to natures most basic instincts and it doesn't look so good in this world. BM didn't like the competition and everyone was threatened pulling out our claws. It's been five years and we had a little girl of our own who is now 2. The step-kids are 12 and 10 going on 13 and 11. What started out with so much optimism has digressed. Being married to someone with an ex and kids can be really really hard. I've thought of leaving so many times but it always came down to the same thing. I love this man and I want to be with him no matter what. So my life is a lot harder than I want it to be but I understand that I have one life to live and I will grow many lifetimes in this one. As long as we don't have unrealistic expectations we just might find a surprise waiting for us. So I am here looking for support, and guidance. I hope my experiences have broadend me too and that I may be helpful to someone else.
