Corn Casserole

Mix together well. Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a knife comes out of the center clean.A nice lady from my husband's office.151 can regular corn1 can creamy corn1 box Jiffy corn bread mix2 eggs1 stick melted margarine8 oz. of plain yogurt

Healthy Summer Stir fry salad

In a wok stir fry on high heat the vegetables using only 1 tablespoon of canola or vegetable oil for frying. Add the Mustard, the mixed spices and tumeric while stirring. When nearly cooked add the pinapple chunks and stir through for one minute or until pineapple heats up. Serve on a bed of hydroponics lettuce or mixed lettuce leaves.
This is great as a side dish with Fish or chicken. I personally prefer the fish fillets.

24 Hour Salad

  1. Layer the ingredients in a large bowl in the order they are listed
  2. Refrigerate for 24+ hours
  3. Mix 3 hours before serving
  4. Mix again just before serving

302 heads of lettuce, chopped2 bunches green onion, chopped1 head cauliflower, chopped1 box frozen peas1/2 large jar bacon bits8 oz cheddar cheese1 1/2 to 2 cups Hellmann's MayonnaiseSprinkle salad seasoning on top of Mayonnaise

Veggie Pizza

Unroll cresents and pat out in one big square on parchment paper on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 f for 10-13 min. Cool

Mix pkg cream cheese & 1/2 ranch mix.
Spread on cooled crust.
Top with veggies.
Cut & Serve
