Step Talk

Now, I am no health food nut but this is ridiculous! Stepson was at biomom's house yesterday. We were allowed to pick him up and take him to our niece's(on my husband's side) birthday party. It was from 2pm-4pm. So on the way to the party we asked stepson if he had already eaten lunch. Happily, he said yes, he had eaten lunch. We were very happy that biomom remembered to feed him lunch. Most of the weekends there, they eat breakfast late and never eat lunch.

Anyway, stepson procedes to tell us what he had for lunch. He had a pop tart and chips. For breakfast he had a pop tart. So I guess if you add chips to it, it becomes a lunch food too. How wonderful!!

I'm glad that stepson was able to go to his cousin's birthday party. I just hope that he had a good dinner that night at biomom's house. I have a bad feeling that biomom was depressed or something. Her ex-boyfriend wasn't home and she was sitting in the dark when we dropped stepson off. It didn't even look like anyone was home but the door was unlocked and stepson waved us on, I guess after seeing his mom in the house.
