i did it?

it was naggn me all day, i couldn't help it but feel like crap all day, took it out on my kids. For the 1 st time in 12 years we werent saying happy birthday to her . I emailed her all it was, was "happy 16th birthday" from dad, me . and kids !
even though she wont give a .... i did it anyway, i just couldnt handle the guilt ! i really wanted to buy her a pressy but just couldnt! ( maybe if i did but put it away for when needed)!
