i still say that the NCP, male or female, should have to produce receipts or some kind of proof to where the CS is going...

I'd also like to add that you should document ALL these events to the time/date/specific details, so you can provide proof at a later date if it is ever needed in the future when BM actually cries poor and seeks to UP the CS.

This way you can prove that she was not even spending what she was getting in the past on the NEEDS OF THE CHILD.

Not that there is anything wrong with the occasional trip to Vegas or to a Casino. We go occasionally ourselves (My Lovely Bride and I). But not at the expense of basic care for the kid(s).

To highlight a comment by 5teensathome. "(parents) like these are beyond pathetic." There are just as many SpermDonors out there as there are WombDonors. None of the Donors have any business creating children. Thank goodness there is usually at least one side in each blended family that stays focused on the kids and are parents and not just Donors.

The kids belong with the REAL parent(s), Step or Bio. IHMO of course.

I get my BD7 back from her biofather and she is usually wearing clothes that are too big or too small, stained and totally dumpy. If you can't afford to buy new than go to the thrift store or garage sales - I still do and it saves me a lot of money that could be spent on other things the kids need. I have offered to give my ex clothes for our child and he has accepted but when his mother goes through our daughters clothes she sends back the stuff I sent for BF to keep at his house and they still fit.

Let's Face It, Some "PEOPLE" are Just TOO DUMB TO LIVE OR BREED, without Supervision, At Least, if at all. This Condition is Generally Teminal, and Hereditary...
