Just got a call from husband. He is to have SD15 for holiday weekend. BM informed him if he wants SD, he can drive to her house (an hour away) and get her. The agreement has always been they meet halfway to exchange. She's just doing this because SD doesn't want to come down and she wants to make it as difficult as possible for husband.
Plus, evidently, all our past negotiations have been for naught. After meeting with both lawyers and coming to a verbal agreement, our lawyer put the agreement in writing. BM, through her lawyer, then disagreed with everything in our agreement (which I knew she would) and now wants to throw everything out the window and start over.
Which will mean she will want CS. After she said in front of both lawyers that she doesn't want CS from husband. And all that time (and money) is wasted negotiating through the lawyers. Grrrr.
