initial consultation with lawyer tomorrow over custody suit

Are there any must discuss points? Unfortunately, I'm not going to be there, and while I've already scoured the online materials for my state and these proceedings, I am hoping to brief F with as much "must ask, must discuss" points as possible.

For those that have sued for custody, what are these questions, and are there any you wished you had thought to ask at the outset?
