i seem to be ok at the min its being inside the house that gets me i sit by the window like a lost soul waiting for my sailor to return home.
my heart condition has flared up due to the stress so my doc has me over dosing on all my pills as she had no choice it was that bad. its still bad now but better. not sure what day he is comeing round to talk on but i cant wait its either over or its not. as im unsure of what we both want at the min and this is driving me insane.

in my house is the worse so if i stay in my house and cry and give myself time to heal in my own company it will get better faster (thats my theory any way ) my mum come round daily now every since she found me lay on the living room floor cryin my eyes out she worries a lot

Please, please, please take care of yourself. I know it is easier said than done but getting overly stressed out is only going to make you feel worse. Drink some tea (I know you don't have a shortage of tea over there...lol) and do some relaxation exercises. Go to a spa and get a nice massage, call a friend and go for a walk but please don't sit around waiting for him to call or come by.....

Wallowing in Misery WILL NOT HELP ! Keep busy, go walk around the park, ride a bike, catch a movie, etc. This is The Best advice I can offer, and I've been in Limbo too many times with Lis' (am Now, for that matter)

for ya comments i try to keep busy around the house ive borrowed a carpet cleaner !! ive done them about 4 times now hahaha! yes were not short of tea over here but im not allowed it lol to much caffine !! nice glass of milk
