After a quick hearing in court yesterday with the attorney and judge, we can now go forth with serving BM with restraining order not to leave the state with SD until the parenting plan is approved. The hearing is for Sept. 7 so that BM has time to respond. After reading the declaration that DH wrote about the situation (which BM will receive a copy of) I am so afraid that BM is going to see what DH wrote about SD telling him that she "Doesn't know who BM is anymore" and "SD feels like the adult and BM is the child" and "SD hates and feels controlled by SF" and just say to SD "Fine, if you hate it here so much and hate me then just go live with your dad".

If she said something like that then would the courts just automatically go "Okay you are giving up custody and now DH is full time parent? I don't know that she would as she always seems to have to one up DH and I doubt that she'd give up SD that easily, but if she doesn't have the money to get an attorney to fight it, is that possible?
